Once the sales contract is established, we strictly do not accept any order cancellations, modifications, or refunds due to customer convenience, even if the item has not yet been dispatched.

The Company shall not be held liable for any damages to the vehicle, mechanical workshop labor fees, alternative vehicle rental costs, or any other secondary/consequential losses resulting from product defects or compatibility mistakes.
