Compatibility & Refund Terms

Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, return requirements, and vehicle compatibility verification before completing your purchase.

1. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, or refunds, even if the item has not yet been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges:

We strictly do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience, including but not limited to:"item does not fit," "incorrect year or model ordered," or "item differs from image/expectation."

Customers are fully responsible for verifying the compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase.

2. Items Shipped in Error (Seller's Responsibility)

In the event that the item delivered does not match your order (e.g., if there was an error in the product listing on our website and a different item was dispatched), we will provide a replacement with the correct product.

In such cases, all return shipping fees and re-shipping costs will be fully covered by us.

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of product delivery.

3. Defective Goods and Damage During Transit

If an item arrives damaged or with an initial defect, we will conduct an inspection and investigation, provided you contact us within 7 days of the product’s delivery.

If our investigation determines that the defect or damage occurred on our end or during the manufacturing/shipping process, we will provide a replacement at our expense.

Please Note: We cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds if the damage or failure is determined to be caused by customer installation errors, misuse, or neglect. We strongly recommend professional installation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Regardless of the legal basis for the claim, we shall not be held liable for any secondary or consequential damages arising from product defects, compatibility errors, or shipping delays. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the vehicle, labor costs at mechanical workshops, car rental fees, or towing charges.
