All items undergo a strict domestic quality inspection and professional packing process in Japan before international dispatch.

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for handling and processing before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

Delivery transit times vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and your local region. Please refer to our regional shipping charts at checkout for estimated delivery dates.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important Notice)

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import consumption taxes (such as VAT or GST), and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

Import Charges NOT Included

The product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website DO NOT include any customs duties or import taxes.

Buyer’s Sole Responsibility

Any and all customs duties, taxes, or related clearance fees levied upon arrival are the 100% sole responsibility of the recipient/buyer.

Refusal of Delivery Policy:

If a package is refused by the buyer due to unexpected customs charges, or if the package is returned to Japan because the buyer failed to pay the local taxes, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The buyer will also be responsible for any additional return shipping costs incurred.

Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office to verify potential duties and taxes before finalizing your purchase.
