These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery apply to all purchases on AutoParts Japan. Operated by DOUBLEBOTTOM LLC, we ensure a transparent and professional experience for automotive enthusiasts worldwide.
Prices & Exchange Rates
The prices indicated are **including delivery** to your chosen destination worldwide. The shipping cost for delivery everywhere is always included in the price shown.
Prices may differ daily due to exchange rate fluctuations. However, once you purchase an item, the price is **fixed** at the time of purchase.

Drive Side Compatibility
- •Japanese Makers: (Toyota, Nissan, etc.) are for RHD (Right Hand Drive) models only.
- •Euro/American Makers: (Merc, Cadillac, etc.) are for both RHD/LHD.
You must verify drive side differences before placing an order.
Upon ordering, you will initially receive an order confirmation. Once payment is processed, you will receive a formal invoice.
Shipping & EMS Delivery
Delivery aim is **7-14 days** via **EMS (Express Mail Service)** from Japan Post. You must specify a location where EMS can be delivered.
Size & Weight Limits
If the package exceeds 3.0 meters (L+W+H) or 30kg, shipping may be delayed (10-14 days extra) or cancelled if a viable route isn't found.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within **14 days only if product defects** are found. You must contact us before shipping the item back.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Returned without prior approval.
- No defects found upon inspection.
- Condition doesn't match the reported reason.
- Missing original parts or accessories.
- Shipped back without payment (Cash on Delivery).
Return shipping charges are not covered by AutoParts Japan in any case.
General & Legal
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to manufacturing delays, pre-shipment failure detection, or force majeure events. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.
AutoParts Japan has no responsibility for local import taxes or restrictions. This contract is governed by the laws of Japan.
